For my money there is no better band at a festival than a pass-the-mic hip-hop group, and the perfect example of that is The Pharcyde Saturday night at Mempho Fest. Like a lot of people I came into Pharcyde with "Passin' Me By" but stayed with them as their first two albums were hip-hop classics. I'd put any of those albums up against other groups of the early 90s. Looking forward to some more festival hip-hop in 2026!
