What if I told you the perfect way to close out day 1 of Memphis Concrète was with Tangela?

Minimal setup, just her DJ and a mic, and she made the most of it. She moved around constantly, all energy and charisma, and got a seated room up out of their chairs and on their feet. Tangela came up right here in Memphis studying at the Stax Music Academy so she had that hometowner advantage. The crowd was devoted and she sent everybody home happy. Another reason Memphis Concrète quickly became one of my favorite events in the city. You walk in not knowing an artist and walk out a fan. Enjoy!
