Jake Shimabukuro at Overton Park Shell

First time seeing Jake Shimabukuro live and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I volunteer photographing the Shell's free concert series and this was one of the bigger names they've had come through. What I got was a bigger production than I anticipated. A solid crowd, a real show. Jake's technical skill on the ukulele is something else. I knew he was good but seeing it up close is a different thing entirely. The setlist was a fun mix of originals and covers including Margaritaville. Didn't expect that one . Good sized crowd on a beautiful Memphis night at one of my favorite venues in the city. Always grateful to be volunteering at the Shell. Enjoy!
