Not my first time photographing IMC and it won't be my last. The Green Room was standing room only and for good reason — this is Memphis hip hop at its finest. Underground boom bap, golden era energy, a collective that has been doing it right since 2004. As I always say there is no better thing to photograph at a live show than a pass the mic hip hop group. You get individual shots, group shots, crowd shots — the camera stays busy and so does the crowd. I even spotted the setlist on the edge of the stage which is always a fun detail to grab. Nights like these remind me how lucky Memphis is to have a group like this in our backyard. Enjoy!
